These terms constitute an agreement between you and Boréal Carrières, a sole trader registered in France.
2. Description of Service
Boréal Emplois is a job board specialising in remote-region (FIFO) positions in Canada. The site is freely accessible without account creation.
Listings are published and managed exclusively by the Boréal team. The "Apply" button on each listing redirects to the employer's external application process. Boréal is not involved in the employment relationship between visitors and employers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site in compliance with applicable laws. In particular, you may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to private areas of the site (administrator area).
- Extract or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
- Use bots or automated scraping scripts.
- Disrupt the operation of the site or its servers.

All elements of the site (the "Boréal" brand, logo, design, texts, source code, structure) are protected under French intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Boréal Carrières.

Boréal cannot be held liable for:
- Working conditions at the positions or camps mentioned in listings.
- Employers' hiring decisions.
- The content of external sites to which application links redirect.
- Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control (force majeure, infrastructure failures).
- Indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the site.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
